Warrant issued against Actor Sanjay Dutt for not appearing in the court

Bollywood famous film actor Sanjay Dutt was issued non-bailable warrant by a Court in Mumbai for allegedly threatening producer Shakeel Noorani, a famous filmmaker.

The case was filed by the producer when actor Sanjay Dutt didn’t comply with the agreement after he signed the film.

For which, Sanjay Dutt received 50 lakh in advance and promised to work in the film ‘Jaan Ki Baazi’ in a leading role.

However, Sanjay Dutt neither gave any commitment to start the movie and frequently ignored the phone calls made by the producer, Shakeel Noorani.

When the producer Shakeel Noorani tried to call him or contact through different resources, the actor Sanjay Dutt resorted to underworld.

Sanjay Dutt made false promises and never appeared serious about the agreement and he never talked about returning the advanced money he received from the producer.

Instead of turning up for the play, the actor Sanjay Dutt contacted the underworld to threaten the producer, according to Shakeel Noorani.

The producer filed a case against the actor with Bombay high court, which issued a warrant against the actor.

The actor Sanjay Dutt has been in limelight for a long time and after spending a long time in jail, he might be involved in legal battle again.
