How to control blood pressure without medicine


Blood pressure is one of the most rooted causes of developing other health problems like heart disease, headache, anxiety etc. So a person irrespective of his age and gander should think of how to control blood pressure. There are lots of over the counter medicines and doctor’s prescription available online and offline but it is good if someone starts finding natural ways to control high blood pressure, as natural way of treating any medical condition does not cause any complications; on other hand long usage of allopathic medicines cause severe kidney problems.

If you are overweight and having a heavy diet then you should control your weight gain first as being fatty in comparison to your height and age is the major cause of high blood pressure. Start avoiding oily stuff first or decrease your diet day by day. Convert your diet to vegetables and fruits. Try to eat when you feel so much hungry and leave your food when you are still hungry.

Our body is a machine, which we use to perform number of task, but we do not do anything for this machine. If you think that providing food and other eatable stuff to your body is what you do then you are wrong. Food and eatable stuff works like proving petrol your machine.

Your machine needs daily inspection of its parts, its functions, its performance and interruption etc. you are the best mechanic to inspect your body if you know a little bit about its function.

Take out at least 30 minutes from your daily hectic schedule to work out, perspire, or sweat. Try to perform some exercise, which makes you exhausted, and you feel tired. You should try to start small exercises to burn your extra calories or fat in your body.

If you are heavy enough to perform any exercise or you don’t know how to start then take help from an expert to suggest you some.


If possible get up early, go in open, and walk. I am sure if you do these two things, you will surely have a remarkable change in your blood pressure level.
